Enrollment and fees
Our daycare programs begin with infants and follow through Four Year Old children.
Our hours for these programs are 7:00am-6:00pm Monday – Friday.
ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS
Prior to a child's start date the following must be reviewed and/or returned to Prince Street Daycare & Learning Center:
- Parent Handbook
- Preschool Enrollment Form
- After School Enrollment Form
- Automatic Payment Form
- Program Rates
- Video Photo and Audio Release Waiver
- Camera Password Authorization Form
- Certificate of Immunization Compliance Form 121
- WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If you choose to withdraw your child from the program, a 2 weeks written notice required. If your child drops from the program mid-month, no refund will be given for remaining days.
FEES
All fees will be taken through Procare. We do not accept cash or checks except for our Application Fee. Our Application Fee maybe paid by Venmo, Cashapp, and/or Credit Card. The application fee will hold a wait list spot for your child.
If your child has a doctors appointment, they must bring a doctors note stating that. If your child is dropped off after 10:00 a.m. without a doctors excuse, then a $10.00 late fee will be added to your account.
The following late fee will be assessed for late pick-up:
- After 6:00 p.m. $5.00 (per child) for the first 5 minutes
- After 6:05 p.m. $1.00 per minute (per child)
